Mirco Coccoli
Founding Partner
Investment Manager Professional experience in developed and emerging countries. In 2007, he left a very successful career in High Energy Physics at CERN, to join Reyl & Cie to help manage their euro equity hedge fund, from 200Mio in 2 years 500Mio euro in portfolio size. In 2009 he joined BCV to help manage 500Mio CHF quant equity funds where he was able to increase 4% per year relative return, by mastering risk. He studied Physics in Milan and Berkeley, Quant Portfolio Management in Geneva and holds the Diploma in Financial Strategy at the Said Business School of the University of Oxford.

Jessica Bollon
Private Equity Associate
Jessica has a strong academic background in finance, with a Master’s degree in Finance from Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance as well from Geneva. She previously worked in private banking and wealth management, where she developed solid experience in client advisory, portfolio understanding and financial markets, giving her a strong foundation in both investment thinking and client-oriented roles. At MPD Partners, she is primarily focused on investor relations, acting as a key point of contact across the investment lifecycle. She also works on the MSCS investment fund, focused on Swiss SMEs, contributing to deal analysis and the broader structuring of the strategy.
Raphaël Marin

Raphaël combines a multidisciplinary background across law, finance, and private markets. His academic path includes studies in Business Administration at Universität St. Gallen (HSG), before specializing in International Management and Finance at Geneva Business School. Before joining MPD Partners, he gained experience at Pictet Group, strengthening his exposure to financial markets and investment environments. At MPD Partners, Raphaël supports governance activities, fund reporting, portfolio company operations, and valuation work, while also contributing to fund launch initiatives and strategic advisory mandates.
Alexandra Marcoin-Karacsonyi
