Manager / Senior Manager in VC/PE
Italian Office – Milan
Due to our current development of an SME/VC actively managed investment portfolio, we are looking for a professional looking for an opportunity to drive a team dedicated to support our invested companies in driving value growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members including both internal and external services
- Monitor project schedule and scope to ensure both remain on track. Initiate and implement appropriate actions
- Contribute to development and management of client project metrics
- Serve as key client contact for assigned projects
- Open new business relationships and finalize client offers
- Help manage the Italian branch by mentoring the team and business controlling
Requirements
As a senior manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, including planning, execution and reporting. Moreover, it is required to manage the Italian branch and ensure company growth. Our projects vary from strategic advisory services to hands-on projects involving development, implementation and assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls. Our project include activities across all aspects of company management in the SME and VC environment, including an investment perspective.

- Perform preliminary analysis on target companies
- Perform business analysis for client/invested companies
- Coordinate client/invested companies’ activities and assisting them in projects’ execution
